Bayless Mineral Right, LLC User Agreement and Disclaimer Bayless Mineral Right, LLC, also known and referred to as BMR, LLC, recognizes and abides by US laws governing the sale, lease, or trade of mineral rights as cited by the United States Securities Exchange Commission. By registering to use this site for viewing or otherwise, users accept responsibility of recognizing and understanding the laws set forth by the SEC and the individual states’ laws which govern the sale, lease, or purchase of mineral rights. BMR, LLC abides by local, state, and federal laws governing the sale, lease, or consultation thereof of mineral rights. BMR, LLC is also committed to registering in states where business is transacted and following laws which govern interstate securities transactions or the laws which dismiss or alter such actions when BMR, LLC sells, leases, or buys mineral rights. Any buyer or seller failing to qualify for business in states where they bid, sell, or lease are not the responsibility of BMR, LLC. Such failures, and litigation resulting from such failures, are the reponsibility of the seller, buyer, lessor, or lessee. By registering to use this site, you are registering under the premise that you can and will abide by state and federal laws as they apply. BMR, LLC will not be held responsible for unqualified buyers, sellers, lessors, and lessees registering under false pretenses to the laws governing such transactions or the falsification of information required by BMR, LLC.
